…Discovery Why An Emotional Connection Matters More than Customer Satisfaction.

Today were talking about

“Why An Emotional Connection Matters More than Customer Satisfaction”

I’ll cover:

✍️Profitable Organic Growth

✍️Why NOT to Focus On Customer Satisfaction

✍️The State Of The Knowledge Economy

Profitable Organic Growth: First, we’re going to cover what it takes to create a profitable organic growth.

This important to determine up front because it will separate you from the competition and give your brand an identity this decision will determine how you post, from your images to your videos to your overall message.

Before you can grow organically you must know what your brand represents. Are you an Expert Brand or a Lifestyle Brand?

Here’s what you need to do first. Determine your brand style. Is it an Expert Brand or a Lifestyle Brand?

An “Expert Brand” generall is about:

-Skills

-Knowledge

-Information

-Learning

-Education

-Building Assets

-Mindset

-Significance

-Service

-Society

A “Lifestyle Brand” generally is about:

-Fame

-Fortune

-Perception

-Luxury

-Adventurous

-Improvement.

-Wealth

-Freedom

-Fun

Final Thoughts: Both work, choose one and go all in. It’s when you try to be all things to everyone your audience gets confused. Think of CNN (24/7 News) and the Echannel (Entertainment) which station will your audience tune in to? Once you decide let your post, pictures and videos reflect your choice. Your audience will come to your channels because this is what they are seeking and now your job is to over deliver in value. This is how you can grow organically and have people in your circle who all have the same beliefs and aspirations.

TAKE ACTION: Pick one and go with it for the next 365 days before you make a change. This gives you 4 cycles to work on when developing your business. You can get a greater inside on this when you join the EcourseU winners circle.

Why NOT to Focus On Customer Satisfaction:

Next, we’ll talk about Why NOT to Focus On Customer Satisfaction.

Sounds crazy right? Now I am not saying not to give your customers the best products or service that’s a given. The biggest mistakes business make is focusing on customer satisfaction with their products and services vs knowing who their clients are and what are their true internal and external desires.

Without a clear, measurable, value-creating goal, you will waist a lot of time and money.

Although, knowing the customer experience, taking surveys, tracking, loyalty programs, course programs, etc are important. (All External Desires) This is NOT what will make you a stand out brand.

The most effective way to seperate your brand from the competition is to tap into their emotional desire. Those deep often unspoken emotional needs or the internal desires: There are 9 of them.

  1. Love
  2. Sex
  3. Financial Gain
  4. Self-Preservation
  5. Freedom of Body and Mind
  6. Self-Expression
  7. Life After Death

The next two internal desires are negative, but powerful stimulates to action. They are:

8. Anger

9. Fear

According to the Harvard Review, on a lifetime value bases, emotionally connected customers are more than twice as valuable as highly satisfied customers and will buy more of your products and services and refer you to others.

Final Thoughts: People don’t care what your teaching them or what your services are, they care about how you make them feel, a sense of belonging, a fantastic experience and emotionally connected to the process of getting to their desired state with ease. How are you making people feel?

TAKE ACTION: Write down each of the 9 motives above and map out a game plan as to how they will show up in your marketing and business model and attract your ideal client to you without the need for you to reach out to them. Then let it reflex in your message to your current and potential buyers.

In Closing…

Finally, we’ll discuss The State Of The Knowledge Economy. Knowledge is our most POWERFUL engine in production and according to the best minds in the world it is now the 4th revolution.
